NAPLES, FL., — January 17, 2020– Barron Collier Companies and Metro Commercial Development Group announce the groundbreaking of Founders Square, a 55-acre mixed-use development located on the southeast corner of Immokalee Road and Collier Boulevard in Naples, Florida. The development is slated for completion in summer 2021.

Founders Square will be anchored by The Pointe, which is a collection of restaurants and other service and retail tenants. The restaurants will vary in type and sizes, providing an option to suit everyone’s tastes. The Pointe’s upscale architecture and pedestrian-friendly design will create a dynamic meeting place for this rapidly growing trade area.

Founders Square will be home to The Haldeman, which is a 400-unit Class A apartment community built around the extensive lake system of Founders Square. In addition, Founders Square will include a 35,000 square foot medical office building adjacent to The Pointe.

The Davis Group, based in Atlanta, GA, is developing a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled, 110,000-square-foot self-storage facility. The facility will feature convenient drive-up units in an architecturally cohesive three-story building.

Founders Square combines luxury living, shopping, dining, entertainment, medical and other services as Naples’ newest mixed-use development. Three entrances, including one signalized entrance on Collier Boulevard and two additional entrances on Immokalee Road, create ease of access to the center. A limited number of parcels are available for purchase and lease with locations fronting Immokalee Road and interior sections. Metro Commercial and Trinity Commercial Group are marketing the property.
