NAPLES, FL., — October 4, 2018 – Barron Collier Companies has closed on the purchase of Sawgrass Pointe II, a 95,800 square-foot office building in Sunrise, Florida. Located within the Sawgrass International Corporate Park, the three-story, Class A office building was purchased in a joint venture between Barron Collier Companies and Vanderbilt Office Properties.
“The acquisition of Sawgrass Point II is part of our strategy to diversify our investments geographically,” states Brian Goguen, chief investment officer for Barron Collier Companies. “The property’s strong tenant base and appealing location were important factors in our consideration.”
This is the third joint venture in a commercial property investment between Barron Collier Companies and Vanderbilt Office Properties.
