COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Deeply rooted in its community, the Barron Collier Companies, through the Barron Collier Junior Foundation and members of the Collier family, have contributed to over 126 charities since 1973, many of which are listed below. In addition, the organization has donated and sold hundreds of thousands of acres of lands for parks, environmental preservations and other community needs, including: all or portions of Collier Seminole State Park, Everglades National Park, the Florida Panther National Wildlife Refuge, Big Cypress National Preserve, J.A. Ding Darling Refuge and Ave Maria University. Equally important, company employees are personally engaged in their community, donating their time and expertise to countless organizations and causes.
